Confirmed Service Customer
I spent $1000 last month on an emissions related problem only to have my service engine light come back on in two weeks. I took my truck back in so they could tell me it’s another $2500 to replace a different sensor. Every emissions problem should be under warranty, especially since GMC Dealerships have no idea how to fix the problem. Trial and error is no way to fix a problem. General Motors knows what the problem is on my truck, why don’t they take care of their problems?

Took the terrain in 3 times with the same problem and never could get it completely fixed. Just found a new problem and charged me for another dionostic.

I was disappointed about the time it took to complete the service. My appointment was at 1pm and it was not done until 5pm. This is first time it has taken that long. I usually wait at the dealership, but did not this time, so not sure if that was why. I still only had transportation back at that time and had expected that if the appointment was at 1, it would be done by 3 or 3:30. I am always impressed with the customer service and service performed on my vehicle.
