    Went in for my first free oil change they did not add Def to my truck went back to let them know they assured me they did but they didn't, had to go add some myself greatfull for my first oilchange but I think I'll do the service next time myself

    All went well until I just found oil dripping all over my drive way. I lifted the hood and looks like Tech spilled oil down the front of the engine and did not clean it up. Oil is not full either! I checked the oil filter and drain plug and there tight. Mistakes happen but looks like this Tech may do this more than just my oil change.

    Came in for tires. They had them replaced very quickly. They noticed one of the sway bar links was broken. I told them to fix it and they still had the car finished very fast.

    I made an appointment at 10am, show up at 10am and I’m told I’m behind 2 vehicles. So I wonder why I even make an appointment for your corporation to not follow through. I had a 5 year old child with me waiting for 2 hours for an oil change. It’s not the employees fault for following procedure but as a customer who spends thousands of dollars with you, it’s unacceptable. This is my first GMC
