First of all it was very difficult to understand the person we were working with.His English was so bad we really had a hard time understanding what he was saying. We were told that the repair shop was way behind and that it would take another week to get to our car. It had already taken a week and a half to get an appointment. We elected to leave the car there anyway. Next the parts needed were not ordered so another delay occurred. After the first round of repairs, we then we’re told that more work was needed and that the cost of labor alone for the second repair would be an additional $2,500. Total labor costs alone would have been nearly $4,000 and total repairs over $5,000. Labor costs are off the charts. We elected to not have the second set of repairs done at your dealership and will not be returning. Upon telling the person no do not do the additional repairs he said, Ok, we will charge you for the work that was done and we won’t charge you for the work we didn’t do. Wow, really, was there even a thought of charging us for work not done? We are taking the car to another repair shop and again will not be returning for any kind of service or car purchase.
