I took my 2015 Terrain "Daphne" in to have the front tire sensors replaced. I also asked them to check my brakes, to see if they needed to be replaced yet. I made an appt for 8:30 AM and dropped Daphne off the night before. Heard from Oscar in the AM and he clarified what I wanted done and kept me updated with progress and got my ok on the costs. When he called to tell me she was ready to pick up, he told me they also took care of a recall that was still out there. I appreciate that they just did it without bothering me about it. I picked up my vehicle later in the afternoon and all was well. Oscar reviewed the checks that were done and showed me the measurement on my brakes and explained the scale on which they are measured. It would have been really easy to soak me for new brakes when they weren't needed yet, and SLVGMC doesn't do that. It would have been easy to charge me for more labor instead of the increment of time and SLVGMC doesn't do that. I purchased Daphne from SLVGMC, have had most of her services done there, and have never been disappointed or frustrated.
