My 2021 GMC Sierra was having an issue while I was passing through SLC on a ski trip. I showed up at service opening on Thursday at 7 A.M. before a holiday weekend and without and appointment. Oscar in the service department helped me get my vehicle in to be looked at that day. He asked how long I was going to be in the area and said they would do their best to complete it in the 3 business days which my trip covered. He was very responsive and got back to me later that day with a plan to get the parts in and complete the work before I was planning on leaving the area. The dealership also went above and beyond and gave me a ride out to where I was staying in Park City. I was highly satisfied with my service and the communication provided by Oscar and the rest of the service department.
