Your service department did great! They were super nice and took great care of me. Your sales department sucked. Not friendly, totally salesy. Couldn't answer hardly any of my questions but kept trying to 'push me along in the sales cycle'. If I weren't looking for an extremely specific and limited truck, I would never have bought from you. Take some pointers from Ken Garff and upgrade your entire sales process. Sorry, I am not trying to be rude, but there were just many things that were lacking in my 5 hour/ multi-day journey to buy a truck and it was pretty apparent that I was just another number to your team. Teach your finance guys how to be human. everyone knows the 'finance' team of a company is boring and rigid, but your guys don't have to wear that on their sleeves. Anyway, I just leave this feedback because as a fellow entrepreneur, I personally go out of my way to find out what my customers think of my business and I assume that is the point of this survey. I wish you luck and hope you give me reasons to buy from you again.
