If I'm being totally honest with you, the sales department is amazing Here! Mike is a great leader, and is very efficient in his work. And my sales person Brandon was fantastic as well. No pressure, they got me the car i wanted fast! Unfortunately, I had to use the service department pretty quickly. For something as simple as a flat tire and what a joke. Took several days and terrible communication and returned my car to me. Filthy! I would buy a car there absolutely they are fantastic but I will more than likely use another Buick dealership to service my brand new Envista.

They charged me for things I didn’t authorize they said the tech talk to me about it but no one talk to me about it and I asked to talk to the tech that done it but they didn’t they just give me a discount so I’m not sure if it got done or not just charge for it there was DEF fluid all under the hood. I had to clean when I got home and checked it. I have not been very happy the last two times I’ve had it serviced.

Our experience with SLV GMC started a few months ago, we first spoke with Ben about our interest in a GMC Canyon AT4. There weren't any available at that time, but Ben was very helpful. When he had a unit come onto the lot that matched our wants, he was quick to let us know and work on numbers before we made the 1hr+ drive to the lot. I had my feelers out at a lot of dealerships and he was the most responsive of all the other sales reps who had my information and "wants" list. Once we made it to the dealership, Ben was no longer on property, but he had another sales team member finish the deal with us. That was Brandon, he took great care of us and continued to answer our questions and work through trade info, etc. Even after the dealership was closed. Their offer on our trade was exceptional and we were happy to make the deal. We've had negative dealer experiences before, but this one felt much more honest and less like we were being beat down by numbers. Mike in finance was great to work with, he helped us through everything and answered a million questions. His help on finding the right after-market parts for our truck was greatly appreciated as well! The the gentlemen in Parts was great too, his name might have been Edwin (that's what was on my invoice). He helped us locate the exact parts we were looking for at a distributer and helped us figure out how to get them quickly. A huge thank you to Felix, in detailing. He found a very, VERY important item we left in our trade vehicle when he was detailing it. We greatly appreciate him getting that back to us. Thank you everyone who helped us!

Salt Lake Valley GMC did an AMAZING job for us on our Denali HD. Our appointment wasn't until Friday September 8th but I dropped the truck off on Monday August 28th because we were heading out of town on September 9th just in case they could get to it earlier. Well they had it done and ready to pick up in one day! Would definitely recommend Salt Lake Valley GMC to anyone looking to buy or needing service on their GMC.
