Appointment on Friday and was told at end of day they couldn’t get to it and didn’t work on the weekends…so no car for at least 3 days. Why not just schedule for monday? Then for the update there wasn’t a call, just an email that had services I didn’t ask for. Then the wrong part was ordered, so more time wasted.

Made appointment over a week in advance , took truck in night before and handed keys to service employee checked in truck and left. Appointment was at 7am Messaged dealership via text they said to check and respond to for updates at 930am no response from them, called at 1130. Was told they are behind and have not got truck in yet, which was odd as I was first appointment of the day. Day two messaged at 9am on text still no response there ,mesaaged again st 10am asking if anyone even reads these texts , no reaponse called at noon asked about truck. He said truck still wasn't in yet. 1pm got a text saying truck was in finally, no word back from them so I called at 5pm and he said it won't be ready til tomorrow afternoon. 3rd day I finally got a message saying truck qas done about 2pm. I was 3 days without a vehicle without and notice or warning for a poil sensor unit which takes about 2 hours.

My bed cover was installed incorrectly. Although the service manager assured me this would be rectified it should have never left the service bay that way.

The repairs were performed quickly, which I do appreciate. However, there were some services that I ended up needing to pay for that I never agreed to, and I was told I would not need to pay for it when I dropped off the car. It was added at the end after I was provided a verbal quote over the phone.

Took it in on Monday morning and had a lot that was to be done. Informed Oscar I definitely needed it back by Wednesday evening and if we needed to reschedule any service to make that deadline no big deal. Talked to Oscar again on Tuesday afternoon for an update and again to stress I needed it back Wednesday night… Wednesday afternoon came and he called and said it would not be done until Thursday…. I had to leave Thursday morning for a trip that I missed because Oscar did not do what I asked repeatedly for him to do…. Very poor job

I brought my truck in for the second time for a defective auto power window regulator as we had to wait for the part to show up. That part was acceptable. When I dropped off the truck I also advised thta II had discovered a leak in the back window. They advised thta this may take longer than a day to repair as it involved a third party service and letting some sealant dry. I discussed doing a diagnostic first and schedule a second appointment to do the actual repair when I could leave the truck overnight. I clearly communicated that I would wait for the vehicle. 3 hours later I went to check on the progress and was informed by Oscar thta they had not even strayed on the truck. I was there since 7:00 AM. I got upset and asked that they get to my truck asap. I got it back 45 minutes later. Oscar took the liberty to remove the leaking window item from the ticket and suggested I make a new appointment and expect to leave the truck for two days. The defective power window was repaired that day. I went back in on June 7 at 10:00 AM for the leak repair. Around 3:30 PM Oscar informed me that they had not touched my truck yet so I would now have to wait I til June 9 to get it back. I did get it back on June 9 but the leak was still there. I gave up on thta crew and went somewhere else to get it done. All the good people thta had been at that dealership for years are gone. I shared my concerns with the service manager but all he had for me was a litany of excuses.

it takes 3 months to get the warranty part, I get email saying thank you for service and take a survey. I go try and pick my truck up and it is not done.

I scheduled a 22,500 mile service, and an Emission recall, that was listed in the appointment, had to tell the service advisor twice when I got there that was what I wanted done, told me he did not see the recall until I showed him my appointment email with it clearly stated. When they said they were finished all they actually did was an oil change and inspection. Told the advisor I was taking a long trip pulling a 5th wheel and wanted all the 22,5 work done, had to bring truck back in to complete as they did not change fuel filter or air cabin filter as per the service list. If this is the attention you pay to detail I will not be back nor would I recommend your service dept.
