Justin was informative and professional. He not only made me feel welcome and comfortable, but he also listened. Listed to my questions about the about financing, concerns about my trade in, stories about my job, and the career aspirations of my children. From him I learned a lot about my new vehicle and a lot about his family, too. He is a patient, genuine man. Rob was equally professional, He was calm, respectful, interested in what I wanted, and negotiated with complete transparency and honesty. I’ve negotiated the purchase of four new GM vehicles since 2002, and at no time during the process with him and Justin was anything said or done that was disingenuous. I live in Arizona and will always consider the 550 mile drive I made to this GM store to have been a worthwhile decision.

Communication wasn't clear. Customer service was lacking. I was provided a ride to the dealership to find out theu hadnt mentioned a check engine light abd i had to get a ride back home for them to diagnose. It was super inconvenient and a waste of my time. Service team just seemed overwhelmed and rushed. When I checked out the cashiers were not friendly or engaging.

I came into the dealership to get my breaks checked. They did your ( I think you call it your 32 point check) and found that I needed the engine air filter replaced which I gave them the OK to do. GREAT Once I got on the road I noticed that my check engine light was on and I tried to call back to talk to Hector and find out why, No one would answer the phone till I got almost home. That is at 6800 west about 20 minutes away. I finally got hold of Hector and he told me that I would have to drive all the way back to the dealership to get the check engine light turned off because the tech had not done the job of replacing the engine air filter correctly thus taking over an hour and a half of my time driving all the was back to get something done that should have been done correctly the first time. I am an 89 year old man and I have had a driver license and had my own car for over 70 years and this is the first time I have had to drive right back to the dealer because they did not do their job correctly. I have been buying my cars and getting all my services at Salt Lake valley GMC & BUICK every since they tool the Buick franchise away from Mark Miller and gave it to you guys. and I feel your tech's should do a better job of doing their job correctly and complete. Thus I came home disappointed with your service

I had an outstanding experience with Salt Lake Valley GMC. The sales associate Serenity Catt was very helpful with getting me connected with the GMC App, explaining the lock and unlock functions and many other features. On several occasions she really went above and beyond by staying out in the cold and even when it was raining outside. Serenity was just great and I appreciated it very much. I appreciated the extra time given to me during the financing portion of the purchase with Mike Fonger. Mike is outstanding! I also appreciated Isaiah Goodman for stepping in and helping Serenity while she was out on funeral leave. Overall I had a great purchasing experience. Thank you!

The sales process was incredible. Very relaxed. None of the salesman having to run to the manager to get approval while I sit there forever stuff. I had already found the vehicle I wanted and completed the finance part of the deal before I arrived so that may have helped. From the time I walked in to the time I drove out was about 1 hour 30 minutes. After this experience VS having to deal with other car dealers in the past, It was 100% worth a 7 hour drive to purchase a vehicle from SLV GMC

Went to have my truck serviced and I have had a check engine light come on a go off 2 times I ask them to check it. The service writer checked the for codes and showed me I asked what it was he said google it. He was no help at all if I needed to schedule an appointment. He did say I would have leave my truck so I had skin in the game. So after almost 3 years of loyaltie I will be moving on to an another dealer. Also sent a email to the service manager he said he would call me. No call. Also the service writer said a you new I can’t find you in the system. Very disappointed

When I bought my truck, I am supposed to have a $300 credit towards parts or maintenance and three oil changes. The problem I have had is, there’s no evidence in the system that reflects those credits, so when I went to get my oil change, they had to talk to management. They did have me sign paperwork that gives me three oil changes now, but I still am uncertain if the $300 parts and maintenance credit is applied to my account. I have paperwork when I bought my truck that shows that I am supposed to be given to me and it’s initialed by the manager, so I hope they will honor it. I just wish they would’ve had those things already resolved when I bought the truck.
