I shopped for a car with a seven year old hyper boy! he ran around the showroom drinking hot chocolate and throwing a ball around, the staff was good with it and helped keep an aye on him. I had a trade, they made the numbers work and we were in and out in a timely fashion.

My oil change and tire rotation seemed to go well, however, one hour after leaving a light came on saying “service tire monitor system” and the back right tire did not have a PSI reading. Came back the next day so that could be fixed. They fixed it, but then an hour after I left that time, the same light came on again and now the back left tire was not showing a PSI reading. I had never had this tire pressure sensor issue before, even after recent tire rotations. This light is still on and I am extremely frustrated that both times I left the service department, I had more car issues to take care of than when I initially came in for a routine oil change. I’m extremely disappointed in this service.

The issue isn't the dealership, it's GMC, They just dont have their act together to sell a $100k+ EV. They also need to either prep GMC dealers to provide the type of white glove service 100k+ cars should command such as washing your car, remote at home service options or pickup/ drop-off...

I was told by a tire shop that I needed new tires, so I planned to have them put on when I had my oil change. After the tech helped me decide which tires (he hadn't looked at my vehicle yet), I scheduled the whole shebang - oil change, new tires, alignment...and a bad tire sensor that I'd already replaced relatively recent. I dropped off my car on the scheduled day and went home. Later, I got a call from the service tech and he asked why I was wanting new tires because my current tires were fine. We did NOT replace the tires or do the alignment. I appreciated the call and the honesty that I didn't need to spend that much money just yet. They could have gone ahead and changed them and done the alignment without saying a word. Also, he checked to see if the sensor was still under warranty and it was! WIN!

I scheduled an appointment for my truck to be serviced and for a recall on the tail gate. When I came in, I was told that it could be 1-1/2 to 2 hours due to the recall. I was out in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Everything seems great.
