Came in as a walk-in with my 2023 GMC Denali 3500. Was greeted by one of your service text and he was very friendly and professional. They impressed my truck and got the oil changed and tires rotated the very timely manner. With highly recommend your team to anyone that has a Chevy or GMC vehicle . Thank you!!

Charged me for a dealer repair. People in the office have no idea what’s going on tell me to come Sunday and leave car and all the gates are locked. Broke the moon roof latch. Claimed they didn’t. Wasn’t broke till they done their recall ??? Used to be a top notch service dept. I won’t go back

Service writer Dalila was professional and courteous really like working with her, service was expeditious, but Dalila informed me that the Oil drain plug was stripped, and the service tech had to replace it, that's a little displeasing since your service dept is the only place that has ever touched the vehicle. Although they repaid or replaced it, I fear for future services that it will continue to be damaged! Otherwise I am happy with the experience

We enjoyed dealing with Isaiah Goodman. Good customer service. He did not pressure us to buy our car immediately like most sales people do. He allowed us to think about our purchase overnight to see if we are really decided to get it. It made us more confident of our decision to buy our next family car with GMC. We now have 2 cars and in few months we are planning on replacing our other car which is not a GMC car. Due to this great experience we had with GMC, we are planning to buy a new GMC car again.

second time I've bought a car from the team in a year. I've never been to a dealership twice. Brandon was a great salesperson and just a good person. I like the no pressure delivery and each person I dealt with from the Sales managers, sales, finance and service seem to really care about what they do. See you all next time.

Everything was Great but I paid for a new air filter with my oil change, cabin filter, tire rotation, windshield wiper replacement, but the oil filter reads 30 percent of life left????? How is that so??? Then exactly 4 days later a had a lifter brake 250 miles from home. Now I see that the lifter is a known issue on the 5.3L AND GMC has done nothing about it. Very disappointed.
