Showed up on my appointment time and dropped off my truck. Was told it could take a good part of the day to do the recall update. Around 2:30 I called to find out how things are going. I was told that they had tried twice to get the update to take and with no success. So I picked my truck up and rescheduled another day to get the update. Just saying it���s an inconvenience to have to bring my truck back for recalls. It���s seems to me that GM needs to provide better equipment to dealers to make things better for software updates.

Always a good experience. Recently there for an oil change. They let me know the filters also needed to be changed, showed them to me, and explained the usual frequency of that need, allowing the decision to be mine. As always, any questions and concerns I have are always addressed, whether about servicing the car, buying extra parts, etc. and I leave feeling confident about going back. Thanks for the good service!

Upon receiving my truck back, I realized that the fuse box cover was never put back on, it was laying in the engine compartment. I'm lucky I didn't lose it. Also the panel in the ceiling had been removed, but the screws were never put back in so it was just hanging from the clips about to fall off..
