Our experience with SLV GMC started a few months ago, we first spoke with Ben about our interest in a GMC Canyon AT4. There weren't any available at that time, but Ben was very helpful. When he had a unit come onto the lot that matched our wants, he was quick to let us know and work on numbers before we made the 1hr+ drive to the lot. I had my feelers out at a lot of dealerships and he was the most responsive of all the other sales reps who had my information and "wants" list. Once we made it to the dealership, Ben was no longer on property, but he had another sales team member finish the deal with us. That was Brandon, he took great care of us and continued to answer our questions and work through trade info, etc. Even after the dealership was closed. Their offer on our trade was exceptional and we were happy to make the deal. We've had negative dealer experiences before, but this one felt much more honest and less like we were being beat down by numbers. Mike in finance was great to work with, he helped us through everything and answered a million questions. His help on finding the right after-market parts for our truck was greatly appreciated as well! The the gentlemen in Parts was great too, his name might have been Edwin (that's what was on my invoice). He helped us locate the exact parts we were looking for at a distributer and helped us figure out how to get them quickly. A huge thank you to Felix, in detailing. He found a very, VERY important item we left in our trade vehicle when he was detailing it. We greatly appreciate him getting that back to us. Thank you everyone who helped us!
