I had a problem with an oil change. Jiffy Lube did the oil change and the owner is a good friend. He indicated I had an oil leak in the gasket of the oil pan and I should take it to a dealership for review. When I took to SL Valley GMC they blamed everything on my friend at Jiffy Lube and charged me for a high fee for the dialogistic work. I still have the problem and a big bill. Never again this place is a scam.

I used a coupon for my oil change. The coupon said it included a car wash. My truck was not washed upon picking it up. I thought they would fill fluids if low. My windshield washer fluid warning is still on for low level. I thought the dealer would let me know that it was on and that they didn't fill it. No mention of my transmission level and no mention of my radiator level. Oh well...

After recently having my truck serviced with SLV GMC, I was very disappointed and infuriated to have my vehicle returned to me a complete mess inside and out. However, that issue was quickly corrected by your staff and my truck was returned to me clean and the issue corrected mostly. My hope is that in future dealings with your company i am not inconvenienced by this type of issue again.
