Paid $100 for an oil change.Told that I would have all tires checked, including air pressure and rotated. Don't know if they were and obviously tire pressure was not checked as my light on tire pressure came on today. Maybe Giffy Lube or other would do that for for less.

I have purchased many vehicles in my day and this transaction with Isaiah Goodman was among the best. He was willing to spend as much time explaining the trucks features as needed and some items he had to teach again. I recommend SLV Buick/GMC and Isaiah Goodman. Ask for Isaiah.

Almost 2.5 hrs for an oil change! I showed up 5 min early to my appointment (yes I had an appointment) and it took that long to do a simple oil change… Going to Larry H. Miller for the rest of my service needs.

You do not have enough employes. You have to wait 10 days to 2 weeks to get an appointment to get your vehicle repaired. Hire some more people
